The Hayloft Cottage and Orchard Cottage are next door to each other and can be let together for a group.

Paddock Cottage a little way across the yard is a cosy winter retreat with a wood burning stove. We accept a well behaved dog in this cottage.

The farm is superbly set at the head of a wooded valley in the High Peak District of Derbyshire, a rural secluded location for walking, climbing, cycling, riding, tennis or simply relaxing in your own cottage garden.

Those wanting to play tennis or go fishing should bring their own racquets / rods.

Riders can bring their own horse and hire a stable and grazing, transport in a trailer only due to our narrow lane. We have local riding routes information.
