Hayloft has a spacious oak beamed living room upstairs,
comfortable seating for 8 and a good size refectory table (useful if
let with Orchard Cottage next door ) Bedrooms and bathroom are downstairs.

out to the private garden over a wooden bridge, from the dining area.

Orchard
Cottage has a pleasant
beamed living room downstairs. A garden door leads out to a sheltered
south facing sitting area. Bedrooms and new bathroom are upstairs. This
cottage is suitable for a young family and can be let with the Hayloft
next door for a larger group.

Paddock
Cottage car park is just
before entering the farmyard, this leads to an east facing terrace and
front door, with lovely views across the valley. A well behaved dog
is acceptable here if pre-arranged. The living room, with a wood stove
(wood store is next door) has only three steps up to the double bedroom
and re-furbished bathroom. The twin room is off the tiled entrance hall.
Electric CH. This is a cosy winter retreat.

How to Book
ACCESS
STATEMENTS
THE
HAYLOFT ACCESS. One step to front door, level passage to bedrooms,
bathroom and toilet. Hand rails to over bath shower and 12 steps up
to level living area. From here access to the garden is over a wooden
bridge with safety rails. Parking by cottage.
ORCHARD
COTTAGE ACCESS. One step to front door to level living area
and level access through garden door. Stairs with hand rails and half-way
landing. Bedrooms upstairs are level with toilet and bathroom with an
over bath shower, also railed. Parking by cottage.
PADDOCK
COTTAGE ACCESS from the car park via terrace to one step at
front door, the level through living area and twin bedroom. Double bedroom
and bathroom/toilet are up 3 steps with hand rail. The over bath shower
and toilet have hand rails. Back door to waste bins and wood store has
one step up. Doorways can take 27" wheelchair for the occaisional
user.
